The recently decorated cottage is homely and close to the town centre. Beds are comfy and coffee/tea/sugar and milk are provided. The kitchen/dining room has a high-quality Smeg fridge. Parking is doable but not easy. Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a great location near local amenities and the harbour. Spacious and comfortable for a family of five, with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Sensitively refurbished and well decorated with very comfortable beds. Nice touch with the parking permit for local car parks.

hexham cottage was the perfect summer getaway in seahouses. the location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches and within walking distance of the village. the cottage itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. we especially loved the cozy wood burner and the fresh cotton scent of the linen.

Tin opener needed for the kitchen.

Our recent stay at Hexham Cottage was a delightful experience. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect size for our needs and located in a great area. We particularly enjoyed the rustic style of the furnishings and the tranquility of the quiet part of Seahouses. Despite the challenges with parking, we managed to find a solution with the free parking pass provided. The location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding areas and enjoying the nearby pubs and restaurants. The facilities were well-maintained and overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Hexham Cottage is a lovely, clean house with a great fully equipped kitchen. the location is superb, just a couple of minutes walk to the harbour and town centre, offering stunning views of the sea. the house features spacious rooms, comfortably accommodating six people, and a cozy living room with a log burner. Parking is not an issue, with a designated space at the house and a permit for local car parks. a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway.

The parking can be tight and requires some maneuvering.

Best aspects of our stay were the central location and the well-equipped kitchen. the cottage is tucked away in a quiet backstreet, which made for a perfect getaway. It was homely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We particularly loved being just 150 yards away from an excellent smokery and fishmonger, perfect for a keen cook and seafood lover like myself. the choice of eateries in the area was great, and there were plenty of places to visit nearby.

The parking facilities, which were a bit tight and limited, especially when we had two cars. It required some maneuvering to get them parked outside the cottage.

The location of the cottage was absolutely fantastic, being in a quiet part of town yet still within easy reach of all the amenities. We loved being able to walk to the harbour and explore the surrounding area. the cottage itself was nicely furnished with a charming rustic style, making it feel cozy and inviting.

The difficulty we had with parking, as the road layout and location of the property made it a bit tricky. having a designated space definitely helped alleviate some of the stress.

the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the harbor and other amenities. We enjoyed the flexibility to come and go as we pleased. the cottage itself was comfortable, well, equipped, and tastefully decorated. the lounge area with its cozy settees and wood, burning stove was a favorite spot for relaxing. the kitchen/dining room had everything we needed, including a high, quality fridge. the owners were extremely helpful and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. a fantastic winter stay at Hexham Cottage. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

The cottage was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the harbor and local amenities. We were able to park our car right outside, which was a great convenience. the cottage itself was well-decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing Easter break. the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery, and we appreciated the parking permit provided. a lovely home away from home experience.

That the cottage was a bit dark in the hallway and kitchen, but this was easily fixed by turning on the lights. the larger settee was too low for my comfort, but this is a personal preference.

I recently stayed at a charming cottage in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw away from local amenities and the harbor. The cottage was spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of five. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including an ample supply of crockery and cutlery. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While parking in the area can be a challenge, we were fortunate enough to find space for both of our cars outside the cottage. The provided parking permit for the local car parks was a thoughtful touch. we had a delightful and relaxing family holiday.
